Her passion for wildlife was ignited through watching natural history documentaries, which led to her self-learning photography in 2020. In 2021 she moved to Falmouth to study Marine and Natural History Photography to develop her skills in wildlife filmmaking.
Throughout her time at university, Grace’s work has focused on telling the fascinating life stories of local wildlife, with the aim of encouraging connection to nature. Moving forward, she hopes to continue this work as well as exploring wildlife further afield.
With many areas of Britain being nature-depleted, people may feel disconnected from the natural world. Grace aims to rekindle excitement for our local, accessible wildlife through her work – to show that you do not have to travel far to witness amazing spectacles of nature.
The Hidden Life of Robins is a short film revealing the life of the iconic British robin. This film covers their life from Autumn through to Spring, and their unique relationship with humans.
